Surely a contender for 'Howler of the Month'! A bottle ticket by Warner Brothers of Delhi, engraved with the mis-spelling of Whisky.

No, no, I think that’s not the »Howler-of-the-Month« or a ‘drunken pronunciation’.
Hello All
No, no, I think that’s not the »Howler-of-the-Month« or a ‘drunken pronunciation’ — that’s the “Evening prayer” of some body in front of a locked up bottle of Whisky or whatever is tasty.
As a not Eton-educated Continental European I think, that also an Eton-educated individual wouldn’t say: »I wish to have just now the key of this Sterling silver ΤάÏταÏος«.
I think also in Eton there would be »Wish key« sufficient too.
That’s the very well known British humour.
Kind regards silverport
