hi tom! thanks for Your quick reply. sorry didn't think. This is a teaset that is fully hallmarked for Chester 1929 with a makers mark for s blanckensee. hope this helps. kind regards

Crest, on a ducal coronet or, a heraldic tiger, sejant, ar.

also - your piece would stem from this period.
