Help identify these marks

Is these anyone who can help me to identifly this tray, where et when does it come from ? Thanks,

Hi,

That looks like a French silver plater's mark (coated or overlaid articles made in France). They are always in a square cartouche and contain the maker's intials, a symbol, and the word 'doublé' (overlaid) in full.
