Pocketwatch with Crab Hallmark

I have a pocketwatch, small one (12 size) that is silver. There is a very tiny mark of a crab (too small for my camera to photograph) on the case in 2 places. Other marks are the numbers 2 6, and the letters G+L inside of a sideways diamond.
The outside of the watch case has some tricolored gold leaves on it. Could this case be white gold?
I checked all the lists of hallmarks and did not see a crab. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
