Hello,
This seems to have two distinct markings, those related to Turkey, specifically the Othman period, perhaps late 19th century as there's a smeared , more erased Tughra markings and Arabic writing. The newer markings are the Egyptian stamps. So this piece may have originally been produced in Turkey and reclaimed by Egypt.
