Can you try and capture a better image of the mark on the extreme left of your photo and also the one next to the '7g' mark.

Hello.
The "R" mark is an Italian Riempito (filled) mark.
Mark on the far right, next to "g" is how many grams of silver were used to cover the item.
Far left mark would be the manufacturer.
