Help please: SC, Jupiter, #4, and a pic mark

Hi, can anyone please help to identify the maker of the following bowl. I have looked online but can't find the same marking.

There are two marks.
The first is an old fashioned #4
The second is a combination of the letters "S" and "C" with the word "Jupiter" under a picture mark.

I, too, am seeking the same answer you are.
We have a small bowl(?) that we use as a wine bottle holder for dinners, with the exact markings you have shown. My camera cannot duplicate your fine pictures, so I won't try. My wife says it was her grandmother's piece. My wife and her family are from Belgium.
