Hallmark has me baffled...

I cannot find out any information on this hallmark. I'm hoping someone here may have seen or can interpret it.

If I remember correctly that is a Soviet "hallmark" for stainless steel from 1950-60. The Ц-1-37 is the price "Tshena" 1 ruble 37 kopek.

"iмени" (ukraine) - "the name"
Taras Shevchenko - " a Great Russian and the Ukrainian writer"

The town of Volnjansk, region Zaporozhye, Ukraine. USSR.

М Н Ц - Медь (copper) Никель (nickel) Цинк (zinc) - metal of base - Neusilber . Silverplated.

Next mark is the price. Ort.S is right.

A little History :

In 1886 near to station Sofievka, german colonists Klassen and Nejfeld have constructed factory on manufacture of agricultural cars. In 1920 has been nationalized and began to be called «the Factory of Agricultural Machine-building №10», but owing to a lack of fuel and raw materials it has been suspend in 1922. After a long break factory has begun work again. In 1926, under requests of workers, the factory has been renamed in " Factory of a name of Shevchenko".
The factory continued the activity till 1941, and after beginning Great Patriotic War approach has been evacuated to Sverdlovsk (Ural).
In July, 1945, the factory has started reconstruction of existing industrial buildings and installation of the dismantled equipment of factory of firm «August Wellner Söhne AG» (manufacture of tableware and metal ware). Therefore the first product patterns were from «August Wellner Söhne AG» )))
