Modern gold ring

I have a modern style gold ring. The ring has a sandblasted finish. The ring appears to be of European origin. The gemstone in the ring as far as I can test is tourmaline and is a navette cut with culet that is on the reverse as opposed to a culet that comes to a point. Also on the top view the table has a culet style throught the center. The ring is stamped 750 and the jewelers mark is either a V with triangles running through it or an A. Any one out there know who this manufactor is. Any help would be most appreciated.

Thanks 2209patrick. I looked at the info you sent, and the trademark was not exactly correct. Anyone else out there who might have an idea of information to share.
