Silver Spoon, Marked Sitko

I don't know where this spoon is from, but it has a South American look to it.
Simply engraved Sitko. Any ideas?

This spoon should be moved to the Native American forum. It's a late 19th-early 20th century silver Tlingit spoon intended for the souvenir market, the craftsmanship and that engraved script "Sitka" are typical of spoons from the shop of Rudolph Walton.
