Much more likely Carl Frey & Sohn of Breslau, Poland (but part of Germany from 1871 to WWI). They were a large and important firm, in business from 1861 until WWII.
Re: Help with this flower centerpice I think is german
Hello, that is Carl Frey and Sons from Breslau / Wroclaw, acting as retailers here. There is no crown visible here - that is because the halfmoon here is not the halfmoon from the German hallmarks but the halfmoon used by Wilkens as a maker's mark in the years ca. 1875 to 1888. As the "800" was introduced in 1884 this piece can be dated to 1884-1888. Best wishes, Bahner (NB - blakstone, Breslau as the capital of Silesia was German from 1742 to 1945 !).
