Sterling with enamel spoon

The Hangol writing is definitely Korean, and the spoon is typical of ROK mass-produced silver of the 1970s and after. That it is stamped "silver 92.5%" strongly suggests its recent manufacture. These spoons are often seen boxed in gift sets of 6 or 12.

Sorry, I cannot romanize the Hangol. At first I thought it must mean "sterling" or "silver," but comparison with known Korean silver marks suggests it is the name of the manufacturer or possibly the design.

As the spoon is modern, why not take it to someone locally who reads Korean?
