Iranian Silver Mark

Hello forum,

this is my first post here. I recently purchased a beautiful iranian vase with the following marks:

The lower mark seems to mean that it is .875 silver, right?

The upper mark is totally unclear to me. Is it a hint to where or by whom it has been made?
