Decorative Angel Fork - Unknown hallmarks need help!

I recently got this fork and need help identifying its hallmarks! It's an absolutely beautiful fork with an intricate design and an angel on top. It's 4 and 3/4 inches long. If anyone can help me with more information, it would be greatly appreciated! My guess is it's from somewhere in Europe...The value must be more than silver scrap I would hope. What do you guys think? The last picture is the one of the hallmark.
