Hi.

I can not to say about original of this cup. This foto are not best. But it look like the punches of Warsaw assay office of Russian Empire. 1870....
Two-headed eagle, 84.

"Scales" with “RHS” - it's maker mark of R. Hersz Szyldberg (1850-1870), Warsaw.

Dad is absolutely right. However, I don't think it is a Jewish kiddush cup nothing indicates that except its size. It is an ordinary Russian Стопка (vodka cup).
