Need some Help!

I have one old silver item and I can´t find anything about it. maybe someone know more than me..
I will be greatful for any info. I have a photo on the stamps and the item but it seems to by difficult to uppload them.
I will try to do that again later, but for now I will just describe them. There is an "I" in the circle, then one "N" and like three circle together with two upstairs and there on them is " I F E " . " I F " up and " E " down. The item is from the Europe and is very old I believe. There isn´t any silver mark like 925 or simillary therfore I think that it must be pretty old. Like 1700 or before.
