Is this a Chinese export silver mark on this trinket box?

It looks similar to some Chinese silver marks that I've seen, but I can't be sure.

The mark is 纹银 wenyin "fine silver" (usually above 90% purity).

This also looks like a very recent piece and a possibly spurious mark. If there are no other marks on the piece (maker or place of manufacture), then it is all the more suspect. Again, I would recommend testing for silver content.
