Austrian Silver Bowl with unknown mark

i have a very fine silver bowl. it have 2 marks. i think the first is an austrian import mark after 1922. can somebody help to identify the second mark. how old is the piece ? thank you very much

I think, the 2. mark is a czechoslovakian import mark for silver.
