Siam Sterling Silver Ice Bucket

No other hallmarks on Siam and sterling , I am trying to date , when would they start writing Siam and English 1920-1940 ?
Also look shot but for the style and area, any guess of the maker .

Thanks for posting these great images, but please keep them to 7" max. as per guidelines, as, in this case, those with smaller monitors would not even know that there was a mark image.
