What are the other marks? Are you sure it's Parisian and not provincial?

Hello,
I found the info on eBay France; vendor : devirvilledegrolee (item : lourd couvert argent massif).
Additional info for Jean-François Oury :
silversmith spoonmaker, 7 passage de la Réunion, Paris. Symbol : two stars and a cross.
