Gentlemen
A 14 cm teaspoon which I read as St Petersburg, 84, assay master 'Aleksandr Ilyich Yashinkov' 1795-1826 and a maker I.T
Is it genuine?
Am I correct?
Does anybody know the maker and his dates?
Any information would be most welcome including deciphering the inscription.
Regards
Paul
