Need help to identify bell symbol manufacturer

Need help to identify bell symbol manufacturer of silver plate pourer that came across.

I can't read the other symbols underneath the bell, but I just dated a Reed and Barton silver soldered creamer that had a bell as the date mark (1951). However, the two bells look slightly different, so perhaps I am wrong.
