Help with silverplated sewing set FC ?

Hi I am new here and a bit lost with some of the codes on my little sewing set


It is german I think as it is listed as solingen on the scissors- the knife has a markers mark which I think is august knecht


The scissors and the metal objects have an 800 stamped on them

Also the other 'silver' or silver bit have this on them which looks like fc 800 but Im not entirely sure -i think they are silver plated because a magnet sticks.


Sorry I tried to get a better picture of the FC but is smaller than a grain of rice :D

My question is- is the first mark august knecht (to me it i only find razors and knifes the company made and I cant see what year they went out of business)
Second question what is the 800 mean? I thought silver but magnets stick to everything but the thimble
And lastly what is FC?

Not sure if I should mention the magnets I tested with are those rare earth magnets - :o the silver didnt see to jump to it but it did stick a little

I got confirmation that the knife is in fact August Knetch, the thimble is actually a made by Lotthammer (not sure if anyone could use a picture for reference)
FC no idea - so I hope this helps someone :)
