Hi welcome to the Dutch forum.

Your silver dish has the print of wedding medal with the Old Dutch statement;
“Het Huwelyck Is Goddelyck Van Aart Wanneer Men T Saam Vyt Reine Liefde Paart” which I believe translates into; “ The Marriage Is of Divine Nature If Both Together (after the wedding not before) Make Proper (or Pure) Love”. The text around a fruit wreath with in the middle a scène of a courting couple has been seen on wedding medals made 17th early 18th century, the diameter of those medals is around 80mm. Those medals were made to celebrate a marriage or wedding anniversary.
I believe the maker’s mark to be a double V, arranged in a monogram and punched 4 times, over striking each other. The absent of other marks like; city mark and date letter makes it difficult to identify the makers’ mark. VV could be for; Johannus Vervat, registered in Schoonhoven during 1785-1807 or for Johannus Vervat , registered in Leiden from 1807 till 1811 or perhaps for Gerrit van Vleuten, registered in Arnhem from 1774 till 1787. Another possibility being an unknown makers’ mark former Dutch East Indies, Batavia but I believe it is best to call it an unknown makers’ mark.
