Can anyone help with the mark shown here? The object is a rather elegant silver teaspoon, 14cm long, inherited many years ago. The three marks are on the underside of the stem: a bearded man's head, a name (possibly "LANDRY"), and a face mask: it's the latter that suggests S. America to me. All suggestions welcome.

Ah! Thanks very much for this info. France makes much more sense - the elegance of the design, as well as the probability that the original owner, from whom we inherited, had been there rather than S. America.
