need info on hallmark on front pager here

Post by tufenuf »

As i stated in subject line i am looking for info on the hallmark that is on the front page of this site, It is the one in the bottom left of the screen.
it is one of the head and roman/ greek helmet. i have tried to copy and paste the photo but cannot and i cannot find any info on it at all. have just spent last 2 hours searching.

I have a silver napkin ring that has this but cannot get a picture of the hallmark

can someone please help
thanks in advance

Hi, welcome to the forums.
An image could do wonders but perhaps you mean the left looking Dutch Minerva head see:

If so you should find on your napkin ring; a lion mark, date letter and a maker’s mark.

If it is just one single mark, it could be your looking for a French head with helmet or Minerva see:
