Good day,
I see from your second image that this is marked 925 below this mark. There is other details that may help identitify it if your cleaned just the mark. Take a well chewed wooden toothpick with a small amount of silver polish and gently clean it out then reshoot.

Ok, Ive done what you said and here are the new pics. I have a bunch of other silver stuff I will be posting but this is first.

Great improvement in the images. What you have is a vintage inspirational or motivational pendant. "Discover who you are" didn't generate any leads as to a maker. We don't always identify them.
