Pair of napkin rings need help to id

When & where were these napkin rings made? Both are hallmarked C D 13 or G D 13.
They are good quality work.

Hi

I am not the specialist in Hanau silver. But I propose this to be early objects of Gebrüder Dingeldein, Hanau. Foundet 1868.
Trev, could you move this to the German pages, so specialists in German and Hanau silver can look into it?
