I purchased this dish at a garage sale. I am not sure if it is solid or plated. It did have a sticker on it that said "Made in Belgium". It weighs 1.3 pounds.
I have searched the three towers and keep coming up with old Dutch silver but that is confusing because of the sticker that referred to Belgium. Also, there is wording but all I can make out is "Finsta..."
Any help would be appreciated!
I am sorry. I don't know how to upload photos so I have put the three photos here:

Hi,
Welcome to the Forum.
That's the marks of the Belgian company Potstainiers Hutois. Your bowl is made of pewter, the badly struck mark should read 'FINSTAIN'.
Potstainiers Hutois were established in 1949 and they were noted as an exhibitor at the Universal Exposition of Brussels in 1958.
