Unknown marks on Dutch teaspoon

Hi all!

Recently I bought nice Dutch teaspoon. I know that it was made in 1886 (Gothic letter "b") from 833 silver. But I don't know anything about others marks. Why is no Minerva head, who is the maker, what city? I saw

Hi, I read the date letter as the 1894 'K', along with pseudo-marks - please see:
