Silver/Plate made in Brazil

I have an item with a hallmark: St. James made in Brazil. It also has a mark of a crown over a shield, within the shield
is what appears to be a lower case T or possibly an anchor.
Any light that you could shed on this riddle would be greatly appreciated.
