A small silver ladle with Austro-Hungarian marks from 1840, please help me identify the city and the maker.

Hello!
Thank you for sharing with us the items!
D7 was Tarnow at this time.
I can't see clear the maker's mark, but it looks F.L. to me, so he could be Franz Lorber, who appeared in the adressbuch from 1862.
