Hi All,
These are tea spoons. They are made of very thin (gauge) silver alloy and couldn't with stand a citrus fruit. We have seen those spoons before on the forum.

FS for: F. Simons, The Hague, 54 years old when he registered his mark in 1807, Francois Simons registered in The Haque from 1776-1811.The Stork office mark for the city of The Hague. IO for 10 Penningen standard mark for large and medium work ( fineness 833.3/1000)
IO standard mark see above, maker’s mark
HM (conjoined) for; Henderik Adriaan de Meyer or H.A. Meyer, registered in The Hague ftom 1807-1811. The Stork, assay office The Hague (upside down) and date letter
b used as of 18th March 1809 till 21st of December 1809.
