Yes, that's 1841. WT is William Theobalds. Your spoon is a sifter spoon, used for sprinkling sugar over fruit, puddings and cakes.

They are not especially rare. You will get some idea if you search for "sifter spoon" in the Solid Silver section of the well-known online auction site.
