Salt spoon, silver or silver plate?

I have a salt spoon which I don't know lot about. Can someone identity anything on it? What country and if it is silver or silver plate?

No it is not plate but silver in the fineness of 830/1000 (S=silver). It is made in Norway in Thorvald Marthinsen Solvvare-Fabrikk in Tonsberg. The company is still active. The NM marks stands for Norskt Monster i.e. Norwegian pattern.
