Hamburg Silver Spoon Makers Mark

Having a hard time identifying the maker of this hamburg german silver spoon HDSp (p in upper right corner of mark) E is inside of tower mark for Johann H. J. Wienicke which dates it from 1857-1865, but I couldn't find any info on the maker. Thanks for any help

the maker is Heinrich Diederich Schmeckpeper, 1788-1863 (Scheffler, Goldschmiede Niedersachsens, p. 638 f.).
