Beautiful umbrella handle, help with maker please.

Hi, this is my first post so please excuse any mistakes.
I have acquired a beautiful old umbrella with the most fabulous silver handle, in the form of a buckle.
I believe that the hallmark is for London, 1922, but the makers mark is partially rubbed.
I can make ot what appears to be TJ with a C below, possibly Co?
Any help in identifying the maker would be greatly appreciated.

I can't seem to find any info regarding this company online.
Any links or info regarding them would be brilliant, also what the hallmark would have originally looked like.
