Spoon with unknown origin

Hello,
I have a spoon that I cannot identify the hallmarks please see images below .. I am net even sure of its country of origin .. Any information would be helpful

Hi,

No hallmarks but a row of mark’s typical for (British) silver- plate made c.1840-1900
Pseudo marks to impress and perhaps to imitate solid silver (hall)marks.
