Need Help with Dutch Pierced Silver Spoon!

I recently acquired this pieced silver spoon. I think it is a marriage of a newer handle and older bowl. Could someone help me?

Hi Jon, welcome to the forum.

Yes, indeed a marriage. The handle with the 2nd standard silver mark and the year letter, a Gothic R for 1901, is older. The maker’s mark in the pierced bowl is actually a L with three vertical Andreas crosses for; C&A Lesener or Lesener Amsterdam n.v./b.v., registered in Amsterdam & Berlicum(NB) from 1958-1988. The assay office mark shows the regional assay office letter A in its helmet for Amsterdam.
