HELP IDENTIFY HALLMARK & GEMS

I have no idea who's hallmark this is, the type of gems used or what the emblem is. Can anyone help? Steve

Hi Steve. That's turquoise. I do see that it's green, but it is turquoise inlay. As far as the hallmark goes, they did not keep very good records in Mexico of the artists, I do know that. I will try and find you a link I found that explains all that. I'll come back to post for you. Good luck.
