I have had this for 14 years but only just discovered the marks as they are tiny. The Mark is of two stamps one with the w for Warsaw then ladies head facing towards a 3. The other mark appears to be a 'G' on a slight slant. The marks are not visable without a loupe and they are stamped on the wire catch. Can anyone help me with the year and what the 'G' would be? I managed to find a picture of the 1st mark, this is exactly the same as mine
Hello, the ladie's head with the '3' is the Polish guarantee mark for 800/1000 parts silver. It was introduced in 1963. The G is probably the maker. Best wishes, Bahner
