For the first mark: A french hallmark (called "Charançon") for imported sterling silver items, from 1919 to 1984, french provincial city
For other marks I would suggest hallmarks from Switerland, may be Vevey for the city.
Just for the record. This mark is called the French rectangular weevil mark for imported silver items from treaty countries, used 1893-1984, minimum silver standard of 800/1000 fineness. The French regional assay office symbol could be for the city of Lille. http://www.925-1000.com/forum/viewtopic ... 106#p78106
