Hi,

Spanish/Portuguese (colonial) silver brazier (Braserilo), Braserillo or Chofeta were passed around with hot embers to light cigars, hence double turned wood handled. Could have been made early 19th century.

Hi blitzbrdr66,

Please remember in future posts that a mark image, however simple, is required.
