Teapot marking

Hi all,

I recently acquired an antique teapot and I cannot for the life of me figure out anything about it. I am not a collector at all and cannot make out the marking.

It's got a hinged lid, and a wooden handle (wooden accessory on lid), clawed feet.

Any information you can provide to help me track down more information on this piece would be much appreciate. Thanks in advance.

Thank you Trev! you are my hero! I had looked into Norton and White as I could make out the N&W - but didn't see anything similar. That is it! Thank you thank you!
