French Drinking Cup

Good day to all, I am in need of some help in ID'ing the maker of a Silver Cup bought over the weekend and if at all possible a date range of when it might have been made. The cup has three hallmarks, two denoting the French stamp for .950 silver ( one at top of rim other at base of cup) and the makers mark.
