Please advise on markings

Please advise on the age of this locket and information on the maker. The makers initials are S.B or S.D can't make it out and don't understand the hallmarks. I have had this locket for over 20 years in the family.

This is a Birmingham hallmark with the date letter "o" for 1913 or possibly "O" for 1938. I favour 1913 because I think that the maker's mark is SB for Stainton Brothers who, I think, were not operating in 1938.
