Rare longines clock

Post by Dael69 »

It is not a pocket/pendant watch and it is inside a quartz bed. I found it like this and looks old. Size with the quartz bed is around 6". Never seen a model like this one, I would say it is a wall clock or a table clock?

Why someone put it in a heavy quartz bed? Ornamental?

Im pretty sure it is not a fake watch...

Certainly would make an interesting way for a retailer to display their wares. What keeps it from falling out?

Mystery solved. It is a marine old clock, found a very similar one on eBay...
