The firm of Joshua Law, Henry Atkin & John Oxley (mark registered Oct 1824, cancelled Apr 1829), which ultimately became the prolific Atkin Bros. Ltd. The succession ran:
Thomas Law (& Co.) ca. 1750-1775
John Law [& Sons] 1775-1824
Law, Atkin & Oxley 1824-1829
Atkin, Oxley & Co. 1829-1840
Henry Atkin & Co. 1840-1853
Atkin Bros. 1853-1925
Atkin Bros. Ltd. 1925-
I have no idea how the mark came to be "LL" - maybe Law & Law, father & son - but that is the mark from the Sheffield registers for Law, Atkin & Oxley.
