The hallmark (FC) is the goldsmith Franz Clessin, the elderly.
He was born ca 1610
He learned his craft at Hans Mendel (1623 - 1627)
Master he was 1632
He died on 03.02.1671
He lived and worked in Feldkirch (Austria)

His data are published at

- "Feldkircher Goldschmiede, Nr. 6", Steccanella, 2002
- "Fledkircher Künstler und Handwerker, Nr. 131", Steccanella 1995

It would be good if you could show the whole object
