Please would you help identify the mystery maker of this silver flatware. From the shape of the maker's mark I initially thought it was French, but there are no other French marks, just '800'.

Fantastic item!

They are from Belgium. It is the work of Edmond de Vernissy (Lemaire et de Vernissy), he was of French origin, thus the lozenge shape to his mark.
